Bournemouth based Ceuta Healthcare, Europe’s leading outsourcing sales, marketing and logistics service provider to the health and beauty industry, has celebrated its 15^th year in business at the Royal Bath Hotel, Bournemouth. The one day ‘People with Passion Conference’ was a chance for employees to discover and enjoy just how successful the company had been in 2008-09.
 
The day included presentations from key managers and directors as well as a number of awards to congratulate staff on their continuous hard work.  Even during a recession the company has continued to grow and take on new members of staff.  The evening celebrations included a drinks reception and Moulin Rouge themed gala dinner.
 
Edwin Bessant, CEO of Ceuta Healthcare said: “We have had yet another successful year thanks to the continual investment within the business supported by the hard work and determination of our growing team.
 
“We have strengthened our outsourcing capabilities to the health and beauty market both nationally and internationally and will be expanding our consulting capabilities on a global scale.
 
"We now have our objectives set for the next three – five years and are confident that we will continue to succeed even though we are still deemed to
be in a recession.
 
“The evening gala was a great opportunity to thank and pay tribute to those loyal staff who joined the company 15 years ago when we had just three people. We are now a strong team of 200 with 70 of those employees based in our main Bournemouth office.”
